Keeping the Body Balanced Through Chakra Balancing
The concept of ‘Chakra Balancing‘ – One of the outgrowths of modern science has been the advent of more prejudice in the minds of mankind about the significance of spirituality and survival within the physical being.

There can be a blockage in one or more of the Chakras causing energy to flow improperly resulting in an imbalance ultimately causing problems that manifest in the physical world.
Chakras’ optimal functioning can be disturbed because of a number of factors, including lack of exercise, lack of ability to express emotions, an unhealthy diet, stress, poor health, exposure to toxic substances, holding beliefs that are not congruent with the truth, childhood trauma, emotional injury, cultural conditioning, disconnection from a higher power, and so on.

While the idea of Chakra balance may be considered utopian, it is something to strive for and most knowledgeable people will tend to attempt to strike a fine balance between the Chakras. Our body is a reservoir of energy, in which the spent energy is released and disposed of by the body organs, and replenished, with new supplies of energies.
