1. Put your work down, have a breathe and think thoroughly what are expecting
If you’re new to the Law of Attraction, this will be a good place to start. Put down your work no matter what it is, and take a deep breath. Take a deep conscious breath and decide what your TRULY want and desire in your life. List 2-4 reasons why you think you would be happier. Then make it visualized and try to think how wonderful life would be if things obey your expectation. Next thing you should notice is to feel relaxed. Feel relaxed when you see those barring your future, and focus on the present.
2. Hold a wide mind for you and others

3. Feeling Good Is More Than an Emotion

Feeling Good: you and your desires are combined together
Know which side you are at, the right one, or the wrong one. And you should keep a high alert with the wrong one. Remind yourself of what has inspired you and what you want when you meet bars in your way, by then, a deep breathe would be needed.
4: Make your deep voice heard and cry as much as you want
For the law of attraction, the greatest barrier is our suppression of frustration and disappointment. We often see frustration and hurt as something dark, so we prefer them not to be seen. When we try to ignore these feelings, we just hope this gloom will be a past, and our sky will shine again. Sometimes it functions well, but mostly, things will not change, and by then you will be forced away from what you want.
* Write a Letter: When you cannot control your suppressed feelings any more, write to Mr. Stranger you imagined. Only when your pain is healed to some extent should you stop pouring your feelings to a letter.
* Cry as aloud as you like: Tears will help letting your suppressed feelings out. Find a place where no one else can be seen or see you and cry. This finished, you will feel better.
Those negative feelings are toxic and you will need to eliminate all traces of negativity in your body. So go ahead, write a rant letter, give yourself a good cry, release and let go of all those emotions that you have been holding onto for the longest time. After those toxic feelings are eliminated, you will be clean and happy as you were before, and feel good once again.
