Many people have those dreams where you are conscious of everything going on around you and you feel like it is almost real life except for a few minor details. These are called lucid dreams. When you are engaged in lucid dreaming, your dreams can be a fantasy, adventure or mystery. Anything you want. There are no limits to what you can experience!

One way to invoke the lucid dreams is to try and remember your dream when you are awake. You need to make a supreme effort to remember all the minute details and happenings and images in the dream. Record it in your bedside journal and keep it handy for such entries. You don’t need to fret if you can’t remember every teeny detail. With this technique, it’s a matter of time when you will have the same dream again and then you can further add details to your observations. Famous authors have used lucid dreaming to gather ideas for their next book or movie. Creating scenes, characters and the final ending is a large part in lucid dreams. Lucid dreaming is a way to get to know your minds inner thoughts and wishes because you are aware enough to pay attention.
Try to recall everything you can about your dream, go back to sleep and, if you can, return to where you were before you woke up and you will continue to dream. The dream will occur more than once, so you will have the opportunity to recall more each time it does occur. Recalling more each time you try.
